MIG Welders – Pacific Northwest (Spokane, WA)
Tradesmen International is currently seeking skilled and experienced MIG Welders to join our team in the Pacific Northwest.
Position Overview
We are looking for 5–6 qualified MIG Welders to support ongoing projects in Spokane, WA. This is a first-shift position (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday) offering competitive pay and daily per diem.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $28/hour
- Per Diem: $125/day
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding operations in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Operate shop equipment, including grinders, band saws, calipers, plasma cutters, and oxy-acetylene torches.
- Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently with minimal supervision.
- Apply sound problem-solving and shop math skills to ensure precise and accurate work.
- Identify and assess materials, gauges, and weld types as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of MIG welding experience required.
- AWS D1.1, D1.6, or D1.2 certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to meet production deadlines with high-quality results.
