Job Overview
Conco is hiring entry-level Hydroblasting Technicians to clean condensers and heat exchangers using high-pressure water systems. You’ll travel nationwide on short notice and work in industrial environments where safety, precision, and physical stamina matter.
What You’ll Do
- Operate hydroblasting / hand-lancing equipment (20K–40K PSI)
- Set up and break down blasting systems; load/unload job equipment
- Follow all PPE and site safety procedures; attend safety meetings and remote training
- Work in confined spaces, at heights, and around heavy industrial equipment
- Support outages/turnarounds and other industrial maintenance tasks as assigned
What You’ll Need
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license
- Ability to travel 100% nationwide (continental US) with short notice
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work long shifts in industrial conditions
- Strong safety mindset (respirator/PPE use, procedures, hazard awareness)
